Walk/-In Drive for Electrical Maintenance Engineers Job Description Responsibilities/: Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Planning and Execution/: To avoid unexpected equipment failures, plan, schedule, and carry out thorough preventive and predictive maintenance programs, such as thermography, insulation resistance /(Megger/) testing, motor current signature analysis, and transformer oil breakdown testing. Lead rapid/-response engineering troubleshooting during electrical outages, motor burnouts, VFD trips, or breaker trippings. Conduct structured root/-cause analysis /(5 Whys, 8D/) to execute long/-term corrective and preventive actions. Power Distribution & Substation Equipment Servicing/: Manage the regular testing, inspection, and upkeep of busbars, power factor correction capacitors, ring main units, MV/LV switchgear panels, circuit breakers /(ACB/VCB/), and plant transformers.



Maintain, calibrate, program, and fix motor control centers, variable frequency drives, soft starters, contactors, overload relays, and industrial electric motors on all manufacturing lines.
