Service Engineer Lead Technical Service Excellence Job Description The main 'Field Operations Anchor' and 'Machinery Reliability Guardian' for our machinery manufacturing and client support operations is the Service Engineer Manufacturing Industry /(Equipment Commissioning, Preventive Maintenance, Field Troubleshooting, Breakdown Repair & Technical Client Support Specialist/). Installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment at client sites is your principal responsibility, while design engineers create equipment specifications and plant teams oversee daily output. Key Duties Equipment Installation & Commissioning/: Ensure that industrial machinery complies with engineering requirements and factory acceptance criteria by carrying out the entire on/-site setup, levelling, wiring verification, calibration, and initial trial runs. Breakdown Repair & Field Troubleshooting/:



Respond quickly to emergency service calls; use technical schematics and diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC/automation defects in order to restore machine operation. Preventive Maintenance & Equipment Audits/: To avoid unforeseen equipment failures and increase machine longevity, plan and execute regular preventive maintenance schedules, health audits, and condition monitoring. Spare Parts & Warranty Management/: Determine the necessary spare parts, keep track of service kit inventory, submit requests for spare parts, and complete exact warranty replacement paperwork after field repairs. Customer Training & Technical Support/: Give client engineers and machine operators practical operating and basic maintenance training, as well as remote technical support when needed.
