Production Engineer Drive Factory Performance & Productivity Job Description Responsibilities/: Daily Production Execution & Line Monitoring/: Manage daily shift production goals for machining, fabrication, or assembly lines; make sure that labour, raw materials, and equipment are distributed smoothly to sustain continuous production flow. Cycle Time Reduction & Process Optimisation/: Determine bottlenecks by analysing manufacturing assembly lines, workstation layouts, and machine operations; use line balance, time studies, and process adjustments to shorten cycle times and boost hourly throughput. OEE Improvement & Downtime Reduction/: Use Total Productive Maintenance methods to reduce planned and unplanned machine downtime while working with plant maintenance and operator teams to monitor and optimise Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Quality Control & Scrap Reduction/:



To promote zero/-defect production, enforce process quality controls, SOPs, and work instructions. Use root/-cause analysis methodologies to look into line rejects and component faults.
