Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Advantages, and Absence Management.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into reusable automation components and regression suites.
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing while ensuring test coverage and quality metrics.
Collaborate with functional SMEs, developers, and business users to validate end-to-end processes.
Support CI/CD execution, defect analysis, test reporting, and automation maintenance.
