Root Cause Analysis RCA and Corrective Actions/: Use organised problem/-solving techniques to look into non/-conformances, provide Corrective and Preventive Actions, and close Non/-Conformance Reports. Current Product Introduction & Quality Planning/: During product development and line setup, create and maintain Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis documentation. Inspection Procedures & Metrology Calibration/: Ensure that all gauges, Coordinate Measuring Machines, and testing equipment are kept calibrated by supervising incoming component inspections, in/-process checks, and final quality assurance.
