Job Description

As an Asset Management M Planning & Analysis Associate within our Business Management team, you will be expected to optimize business performances by promoting key initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. Your role will be dynamic, varying in line with the priorities of different lines of business. You will provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis. This role offers the chance to organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating your strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.

Responsibilities

Providing a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.




Organizing complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
Creating wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
Communicating effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
Project managing and delivering key work streams and tasks.
Identifying key business risks on the platform and driving resolution of mitigating controls.
Supporting audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables; helping drive specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
Coordinating team activities and preparing materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.
Collecting and maintaining internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoin
