We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our Virtual CFO division. Our client portfolio includes energetic startups such as Nth Wall Design Studios, Archways Designs, SK Fashion Institute, and Krushna Sankruti Fashion Studio.

❖ Role Overview As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with startups, business owners, and decision-makers to introduce ECAS’s Virtual CFO and financial consulting services. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction,



and the ability to understand business challenges and position our services effectively. This role is suitable for someone who is proactive, target-oriented, and interested in working in a fast-paced consulting environment

Salary structure for this role is target-based with performance incentives.

❖Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with startups, SMEs, and business owners who may require Virtual CFO or financial consulting services.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, references, networking, and outbound outreach.
Understand client business challenges and explain relevant consulting solutions in a professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with founders, directors, and decision-makers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and build long-term business relationships.
Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to onboarding support.
