❖Position Overview We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Head who can own the revenue function end-to-end — from lead generation to deal closure. This role goes beyond sales. You will be:

Leading strategic growth initiatives
Driving high-value client conversions

❖Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Sales Ownership -Own the complete sales funnel:



lead → pitch → negotiation → closure -Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets -Ensure consistent pipeline growth and conversion efficiency
Client Acquisition & Conversion -Actively follow up on qualified leads from marketing campaigns -Conduct site visits, presentations, and deal negotiations -Close high-value real estate deals with strong persuasion skills
Market Expansion & Outreach Identify and connect with investors, corporate clients, and HNIs Build partnerships with developers and channel partners Expand ECAS presence across Nashik and nearby markets
Strategic Execution -Contribute to sales strategy, pricing, and go-to-market planning -Work closely with marketing for campaign alignment and lead quality -Provide insights to improve conversion and customer journey
Relationship Management -Build long-term trust with developers, clients, and stakeholders -Ensure smooth coordination from first interaction to deal closure
