This position will identify and work to implement In-store strategy with a strong focus on result driven Commercial and category strategy via championing Perfect store & embedding the Integrated commercial process with the bottler to ensure beverages leadership and cross functional project execution.
Strategic and results-driven Commercial & Category Strategy Leader with over a decade of experience in driving digital transformation, category leadership, and cross-functional project execution. Adept at aligning digital tools with business objectives, leading multifunctional teams, and implementing end-to-end solutions that deliver commercial value.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Business Units (BU) and commercial packages like Next Gen GTM, RGM to identify, develop and establish Perfect Store global best practices/standards for implementation across PepsiCo. This would involve supporting a Perfect store IB community globally.
Support, Design & Execute existing Perfect Store programs in IB & Lead the establishment of PS programs in Beverages Franchise owned business.
Monitor and implement Industry leading trends in Perfect Store to ensure standards identified and implemented confirm PepsiCo’s reputation inter
