Educational Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale projects and programs, ensuring seamless integration across various work streams.
Drive accountability, ownership, and alignment within cross-functional teams to meet project and program objectives.
Oversee end-to-end program delivery, from inception through execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop strategic plans for program delivery, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
Manage financial and resource allocations to optimize program performance.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates on program status, risks, and opportunities.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program outcomes.

Required Skills:
