Analyze borrower income, assets, credit, employment, and collateral. Evaluate alternative documentation loans (Bank Statement, Asset Depletion, 1099, ITIN, and P&L; Only). Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, investor, company, and regulatory guidelines. Review and clear underwriting conditions and resubmitted documents.



Coordinate with processors, loan officers, brokers, and internal teams to support timely loan decisions. Qualifications 2–5 years of US Mortgage Underwriting experience. Required Skills Strong experience in Live Underwritting ,Conventional, Non-QM, and/or DSCR underwriting. Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, DU/LP, mortgage compliance, and risk assessment. Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Encompass, CalyxPath, or similar platforms. Solid analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
