Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, with strong hands-on experience in hiring SAP and other enterprise technology professionals .

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the IT talent market, sourcing strategies, technical screening, candidate evaluation, and experience hiring for multiple enterprise technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP and other IT technology roles from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, project requirements, and business needs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Hire professionals across SAP modules and technologies , including SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, ABAP, HCM, SuccessFactors, BASIS, BW/BI, S/4HANA, etc.
- Handle recruitment for other enterprise technologies such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD 365), Workday, and similar ERP/enterprise platforms .
- Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions to assess technical experience, career interests, notice period, compensation, and availability.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand hiring priorities and timelines.
- Ensure recruitment targets, quality parameters,



and turnaround times are achieved.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Must have hands-on experience in hiring SAP professionals across multiple SAP modules and skill sets.
- Must have experience hiring for enterprise technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD 365), Workday, etc.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, ERP technologies, technical roles, and associated skill sets .
- Experience hiring both mid-level and senior-level IT professionals.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques .
- Solid candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to onboarding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and hiring priorities simultaneously.

Preferred

- Experience in IT recruitment, staffing, consulting, or recruitment agency environments .
- Experience handling multiple SAP modules and enterprise technologies.
- Experience recruiting for niche and hard-to-find technical skill sets.
- Exposure to hiring for large-scale transformation, ERP implementation, or managed services projects.
