Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Platform Support Lead who will manage the day-to-day operations, support, and improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform .

The person will handle CRM issues, incidents, changes, configurations, integrations, user support, and will also guide the support team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM .
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide technical support to users.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and production issues .
- Manage CRM changes, updates, configurations, and deployments.
- Monitor CRM performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work on data migration, data cleansing, data quality and security .
- Support CRM reports and dashboards.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and provide CRM solutions.
- Manage CRM integrations with other systems.
- Maintain CRM technical documentation.
- Ensure CRM security, compliance, and data protection.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage SLA/service-related activities .
- Mentor and guide CRM support team members.
- Work closely with IT, business,



and other technology teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement and CRM enhancement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who has strong Dynamics 365 CRM technical + production support experience , can troubleshoot and manage CRM operations independently, and has the ability to lead/mentor a CRM support team .

Important: Ye role pure D365 Developer role nahi hai . Isme CRM Support + Technical + Team Lead/Platform Management ka combination chahiye.
