We’re Hiring – Process Trainer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Process: International Seller Support

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory

• 2+ years of experience as a Process Trainer (On Paper)

• Experience in International Seller Support / E-commerce BPO

• Robust understanding of seller support, merchant onboarding, inventory & order resolution

• Excellent verbal & written English communication skills

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

• 5.5 Days Working | Rotational Offs

• ? Cab facility available, subject to hiring-zone limits

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding & upskilling training

• Develop and update training manuals, SOPs & process workflows

• Monitor trainee performance and knowledge retention

• Identify training gaps and collaborate with Operations & Quality teams

• Ensure adherence to quality, SLA & operational standards
