About the Role:

We're a U.S. IT Staffing company hiring for our Hyderabad office to support OPT/STEM OPT/H1B/W2 recruitment for our U.S. staffing business. We're looking to fill 3–5 OPT Recruiter positions and 1 Team Lead for OPT Recruiters position. We operate in a startup environment — priorities and processes are dynamic, and we value performance, learning, and collaboration.

Openings: 3–5 OPT Recruiters | 1 Team Lead for OPT Recruiter

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Experience: OPT Recruiters – 1–4 years | Team Lead – 2–5 years

Job Description:

OPT Recruiter (1–4 years)

Source and recruit OPT, STEM OPT, H1B Transfer, GC, USC, H4 EAD, and W2 consultants

Screen candidates for technical skills, visa status, rate expectations, and career goals

Generate leads and build a pipeline through cold calling, job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals

Post requirements on Dice and other job portals; manage candidate database

Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, rate negotiation, and onboarding support

Work closely with sales and bench teams to close positions faster

Team Lead – OPT Recruiters (2–5 years, team handling preferred)

All core OPT Recruiter responsibilities, plus:

Guide and mentor the recruiter team on sourcing, cold calling,



and conversion strategies

Monitor daily team activity, submissions, and pipeline to ensure targets are met

Consolidate weekly progress reports for U.S. leadership

Act as first point of escalation for recruiter/candidate issues

Support onboarding and training of new recruiters as the team grows

Requirements

Relevant experience per role (see above) Solid understanding of OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/USC visa categories and tax terms

Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals, Good English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, Confident with cold calling and conversion strategies, Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting, Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in daily work, Must be based in Hyderabad (or willing to relocate) and able to work night shifts
