We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Commercial Real Estate Sales Professional to join our growing team in Gurugram . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of commercial properties including office spaces, retail units, showrooms, and investment assets within our premium developments.

Key Responsibilitie

- Identify and generate leads for commercial property sale s through networking, brokers, cold calling, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and investor s
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on project inventor y
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and property showing s for prospective buyers and investors
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring target achievemen t
- Collaborate with the marketing tea m to implement effective campaigns and lead-generation strategies
- Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-up s using CRM tools
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings,



and commercial property rate s in Gurugram and surrounding areas
- Coordinate with the legal and documentation team s to ensure smooth execution of sale agreements

Key Requirements

- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields. MBA preferred
- 15 to 20 yea rs of proven experience in commercial real estate sal e
- Experience in selling office spaces, retail properties, or investment-grade commercial assets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Strong relationship-building and client-handling abilitie
- Familiarity with Gurugram commercial property marke t
- Experience with Grade-A develope rs or real estate consultanci e
