About Position:

We are seeking a Salesforce Development Lead with strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Batch, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, API integrations, REST/SOQL/SOSL development, CI/CD tools, and Salesforce best practices. The role will own module delivery across estimation, requirements, design, coding, testing, documentation, release planning, and technical guidance.

What You'll Do:

- Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Develop and document code according to specifications and Salesforce standards.
- Configure and develop applications, reports, dashboards, list views, workflow rules, approval processes, email templates, and page layouts.
- Work on Apex, LWC, Batch, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, APIs, REST/SOQL/SOSL, and integration mechanics.
- Contribute to deployment documentation, release planning, module monitoring, unit testing, QA support, and defect resolution.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, analysts, project managers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Guide module ownership across estimation, requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and release planning.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Batch, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, REST APIs, SOQL/SOSL, and API integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado or Jenkins and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce coding best practices, governor limits, security,



data mapping, and integration mechanics.
- Experience with user administration, reports, dashboards, custom fields, custom objects, record types, analytic snapshots, and AppExchange packages.
- Strong communication, documentation, estimation, problem-solving, and technical guidance skills.
