Role Description The Zonal Manager is responsible for overseeing operations and performance across a defined geographic zone. This role involves managing and mentoring local teams, ensuring efficient homeowner and tenant onboarding, and driving service excellence in property management.

The Zonal

Manager monitors key metrics such as occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction, and implements strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving escalations, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also requires regular field visits, stakeholder engagement, and reporting on zone performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills,



with experience supervising and developing cross-functional or field teams.
- Operational management and process optimization abilities, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement in a multi-location workplace.
- Customer relationship and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on service quality, conflict resolution, and long-term engagement.
- Business acumen in sales, revenue management, and performance tracking, with comfort working with data, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, PropTech, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct regular field visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

- Proven experience of 4-6 years in a senior management role within property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Excellent understanding of P&L; management, budgeting, and financial analysis.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with local real estate regulations and market trends.
