Job Summary

KG CRM Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced Zoho Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, solution-oriented, and capable of developing, customizing, and integrating Zoho solutions according to business requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM applications and modules.

- Create workflows, custom functions, automation, and business processes using Deluge.

- Develop and manage integrations using APIs and third-party applications.

- Work with Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Forms, and Zoho One as required.

- Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective Zoho solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Zoho applications and automations.





- Perform testing and ensure smooth deployment of developed solutions.

- Coordinate with clients, business teams, and internal developers.

- Maintain technical documentation for customizations and integrations.

Advantages

Required Skills

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Zoho Developer.

- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM and Deluge scripting.

- Hands-on experience with Zoho APIs, REST APIs, and integrations.

- Good understanding of CRM workflows, functions, automation, and customization.

- Knowledge of Zoho Creator and other Zoho applications will be an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
