Key Responsibilities Complete YouTube channel management and growth strategy YouTube SEO: keyword research, titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags & metadata Research trending topics and high-search-volume topics Improve CTR, watch time, retention and subscriber growth Optimize existing videos for better rankings and views Study YouTube Analytics and provide actionable growth reports Competitor/channel research and content gap analysis Suggest video topics, hooks, titles and thumbnails Coordinate with content writer,
