Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workday Talent Lead to oversee the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Workday Talent modules across Revvity's global operations. This is a people management role requiring a seasoned professional who combines deep subject matter expertise in Workday Talent solutions with proven leadership capabilities to build and guide a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & People Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Workday Talent specialists.
- Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching to drive team excellence
- Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and capacity planning to ensure timely delivery of projects and operational support

Workday Talent Module Ownership

- Serve as the primary SME and strategic owner for Workday Talent modules including:
- Talent Management goal setting, development plans, career planning
- Performance Management performance reviews, calibration, continuous feedback
- Skills & Competencies skills taxonomy, skills assessment, skills-based talent strategies, Skills cloud
- Succession Planning — succession pools, readiness assessments, talent pipelines
- Talent Acquisition — recruiting, candidate management, onboarding integration
- Career & Development — career paths, learning integration, talent mobility
- Design, configure, and optimize talent processes aligned with organizational strategy and best practices
- Lead system enhancements, feature releases, and continuous improvement initiatives for talent modules

Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management

- Partner with Talent Leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition leaders, and Learning & Development teams to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, regional HR leaders, and business unit heads across global markets
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent technology strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Manage expectations, negotiate priorities, and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups

Program & Project Management





- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Workday Talent modules across multiple regions
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies

Change Management & User Adoption

- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of talent management processes and tools
- Create training materials, user guides, and communication plans tailored to different user personas (employees, managers, executives)
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and workshops to build internal capability

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure talent management processes comply with global and local labor laws, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and internal policies
- Establish governance frameworks for talent data management, security, and access controls
- Conduct periodic audits of talent processes to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance

Reporting & Analytics

- Develop and maintain talent analytics dashboards, reports, and insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Provide workforce analytics on talent pipelines, succession readiness, performance distributions, skills gaps, and retention trends
- Leverage Workday reporting capabilities (Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards) to deliver actionable insights

Required Qualifications

Experience

- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, with at least 7+ years focused on Workday Talent modules
- 3+ years of people management experience, leading teams of 3+ professionals
- Proven track record of leading global, enterprise-scale Workday Talent implementations and transformations

Functional Skills — Workday Talent Modules

- Expert-level knowledge of Workday Talent Management, including goal setting, development plans, and career planning configurations
- Advanced proficiency in Workday Performance Management,



including review templates, calibration sessions, continuous feedback, and 360-degree reviews
- Deep understanding of Workday Skills & Competencies, including skills taxonomy design, skills assessment, and skills-based talent strategies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Workday Succession Planning, including succession pools, readiness assessments, talent review meetings, and nine-box grids
- Solid expertise in Workday Talent Acquisition (Recruiting module), including requisition management, candidate experience, offer management, and onboarding integration
- Experience with Workday Career & Development, talent mobility, internal job postings, and learning integration
- Understanding of talent analytics, workforce planning, and predictive talent insights
- Experience with AI-enabled talent tools, skills ontologies, and talent marketplaces

Technical Skills

- Proficient in configuring and administering Workday Talent modules, including business process frameworks, security roles, and calculated fields
- Strong understanding of Workday reporting and analytics tools: Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards
- Familiarity with Workday security model as it applies to talent data, including role-based access, domain security, and data privacy controls
- Knowledge of Workday release management, testing protocols, and sandbox environments
- Experience with data migration, data validation, and data quality management for talent data

People Management & Leadership Skills

- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of developing talent and building internal capability
- Experience managing performance, providing constructive feedback, and addressing performance issues
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and create a positive team culture aligned with organizational values
- Skilled in conflict resolution, team dynamics, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams
