We are looking for a Workday Certified Integration Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations and implementation projects. The candidate will be responsible for development, testing, documentation, and migration activities, working across Workday Studio, EIB, Reporting, API integrations, and Core Connectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Workday integrations.
- Develop integrations using Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Work with Workday Reports to support integration and business requirements.
- Develop and manage integrations using Workday APIs.
- Configure and support Core Connectors.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation and rollout activities.
- Perform integration development, unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare technical documentation and integration specifications.
- Perform migration of integration components across environments.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support Recruitment-related integration requirements as required.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of Workday Integration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Workday Studio
- EIB
- Workday Reporting
- Workday API Calls
- Core Connectors
- Experience in Workday implementation projects.
- Strong experience in development, testing, documentation, and migration.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of the Workday Recruitment cycle.
- Experience working on end-to-end Workday implementation and rollout projects.
Certification
- Workday Integrations Certified â Mandatory
