Workday Functional Consultant – Korn Ferry Integration

Tech Stack: Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Job Profiles, Business Processes, Security, Workday Skills/Skill Cloud, APIs, Data Mapping, Integrations.

Role: Workday SME responsible for implementing Korn Ferry solutions (Profile Manager, Assess, Pay), aligning them with Workday Recruiting/Talent/Compensation, supporting API integrations, client workshops, stakeholder management, and post-go-live delivery.

Required: Solid Workday HCM experience with Job Profiles, Recruiting, Talent,



Compensation, business processes, security, and configuration. Experience with APIs, integrations, data mapping, Skills/Skill Cloud, and client-facing delivery. Must be capable of project management and preparing project documents, managing stakeholders, and resolving business/technical conflicts.

Work type: Remote support role

Required availability ( between 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM) IST, for 4-5 hrs daily

US shift (generally till 12:30 AM IST sometimes meeting can happen till 2:30 AM)
