We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer / Engineer / Specialist to join our team and support the design, development, configuration, integration, and enhancement of Workday solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday development and integrations, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance Workday solutions based on business requirements.
- Design and support Workday integrations with internal and third-party applications.
- Work with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services .
- Develop and maintain reports, calculated fields, business processes, and custom solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration and application issues.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and production support.
- Analyze existing Workday processes and recommend improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-base materials.
- Ensure solutions follow Workday best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday .




- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and/or relevant Workday modules.
- Experience with Workday Integrations .
- Hands-on experience with one or more of:
- Workday Studio
- EIB
- Core Connectors
- Workday Web Services
- REST/SOAP APIs
- XML/XSLT
- Experience with Workday reporting and calculated fields.
- Good understanding of Workday business processes and security.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certification in relevant modules.
- Experience integrating Workday with HR, payroll, finance, or identity-management platforms.
- Experience working with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience supporting global organizations.
