We are seeking a Workday Consultant with 4-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Workday HCM and Finance modules, as well as experience with integrations, reporting, and security. This position will be based in India.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Workday HCM and Finance modules to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide guidance
- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools
- Assist with testing, deployment, and post-production support
- Provide expertise in Workday security and access controls
- Mentor and train junior team members
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 4-9 years of experience in Workday HCM and Finance implementations
- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration and implementation best practices
- Experience with integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and/or Web Services
- Knowledge of Workday reporting tools such as Report Writer and Calculated Fields
- Understanding of Workday security and access controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Workday HCM and/or Finance certification is a plus
