WMS Developer (Koerber / HighJump / Warehouse Advantage)

We are seeking an experienced WMS Developer with robust Koerber (HighJump/Warehouse Advantage) expertise to support the implementation, customization, and ongoing enhancement of warehouse management solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical development skills with a solid understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support solutions within the Koerber Warehouse Advantage platform.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Leverage and customize core Warehouse Advantage modules to meet business needs.
- Participate in the implementation and deployment of Warehouse Advantage into new and existing environments.
- Develop and maintain backend solutions utilizing SQL , stored procedures, workflows, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy WMS enhancements.





Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong experience with Koerber/HighJump Warehouse Advantage , including knowledge of core modules and system architecture.
- Experience with WMS implementation projects , not just system configuration.
- Strong SQL development skills, including stored procedures and database design.
- Professional experience with .NET and/or Java development.
- Understanding of warehouse, logistics, distribution center, or supply chain operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and support end users.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SSRS reporting.
- Experience building dashboards and analytics in Power BI .
- Prior experience working directly within distribution center or warehouse environments.

The pay rate ranges between $10-35/hr USD based on experience level.
