Role Description The Wind Civil Job Lead is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing civil works related to wind farm development. The role involves planning and supervising construction activities such as foundations, access roads, and other civil structures, ensuring they meet design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

The Wind Civil Job

Lead coordinates with internal engineering teams, contractors, and vendors, monitors site progress, and resolves technical or operational issues during construction. Daily tasks include reviewing drawings, conducting site inspections, preparing reports, supporting quality assurance,



and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company procedures. The role also requires active participation in project meetings, effective communication with stakeholders, and adherence to environmental and health and safety guidelines in office.

Qualifications

- Solid civil engineering knowledge related to infrastructure projects, ideally with exposure to wind or renewable energy installations.
- Experience in site supervision, construction management, and coordination with contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and standards, and translate them into practical on-site execution.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of common office and engineering software tools.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices applicable to construction sites and renewable energy projects.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to make timely decisions in the field.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects in an on-site leadership or supervisory capacity is highly beneficial.
