Responsibilities

Reporting and Business Intelligence

- Build, maintain and enhance daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery against agreed timelines.
- Automate recurring reporting through Excel, Power BI and SQL to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.
- Monitor data sources and report refreshes; troubleshoot failures and data quality issues before they reach stakeholders. Performance Analysis and Insight Generation
- Analyze operational metrics such as CSAT, AHT, CPH, quality, shrinkage, attrition and backlog to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Operations, Workforce Management and Quality partners.
- Conduct deep dives and ad hoc analyses on emerging performance issues, escalations and client-raised concerns. Client and Stakeholder Support • Prepare business review materials for weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews, including data consolidation, insight writeups and slide preparation.
- Present analysis to internal leadership and client stakeholders with clarity appropriate to the audience.
- Work with Operations Managers and Team Leaders to track performance against targets and maintain scorecard mechanics. Data Governance and Quality
- Validate data integrity across source systems and reconcile discrepancies between platform, client and internal reporting.
- Maintain documentation for report logic, metric definitions and data dictionaries to ensure consistency across accounts.
- Adhere to data privacy,



information security and client confidentiality requirements at all times. Continuous Improvement
- Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and support business cases with quantified impact.
- Support forecasting, capacity planning and scenario modeling in partnership with Workforce Management.
- Contribute to the standardization of reporting templates and analytics practices across the Country Business Analytics team and other departments.
- Share tools, techniques and best practices with peers across sites and accounts.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your nature/classification of employment in the organization and as may be deemed necessary by the company in its evolving business exigencies and requirements. Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in college, preferably a bachelors degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience (preferably in a BPO or similar setting) similar to an Analyst role
- At least 1-3 years analyst experience within a competitive intelligence, business intelligence, or knowledge management unit
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, graphing, and general advanced functions
- Advanced data reporting and editing skills
- Experience in Power BI, Tableau

- Preferred AI/ ML Experience
- Hands-on experience with one or more language(s) used for querying (e.g. Python, R, SQL)
- Must be keen to details
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in other spreadsheet applications (i.e. Google Sheets, Mac Numbers) is an advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power apps is preferred
- Background with one or more language(s) used for querying (i.e.. SQL, VBA) is an advantage
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
