ASL Solutions Tech Private Limited is looking for an experienced and technically strong Tech Head / Head of Engineering who can lead our technology team and take ownership of multiple existing and upcoming digital products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete technology team
- Take ownership of architecture, development, deployment and maintenance
- Plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Guide Node.js, PHP/Laravel, React and Mobile App developers
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Design scalable, secure and high-performance systems
- Manage APIs, databases, servers and third-party integrations
- Implement proper Git, CI/CD, testing and deployment processes
- Improve application and server security
- Handle production issues and ensure system stability
- Estimate project timelines and allocate developers effectively
- Recruit, mentor and evaluate technical team members
- Work closely with Management/CEO on technology strategy and product roadmap

Required Eligibility
- 7 years of overall software development experience preferred
- 2 years in a Tech Lead / Engineering Lead / Technical Manager role
- Strong knowledge of Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript




- Good understanding of PHP / Laravel
- Strong experience with React.js and REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL and database architecture
- Experience with AWS/Cloud, Linux servers, Nginx, Git and CI/CD
- Understanding of Redis, caching, queues and scalable architecture
- Strong knowledge of API security, authentication, authorization and application security
- Experience handling production applications and high-volume systems
- Ability to manage and mentor a team of developers
- Solid debugging, problem-solving and project-management skills

Fintech / Payment / Banking API / High-Transaction Platform experience will be a strong advantage.

Who We’re Looking For We are not looking only for a senior developer. We need someone who can take technical ownership, lead developers, make architecture decisions, maintain development discipline and build scalable products from the ground up.
