Role Description This is a full-time, in office Accountant role located in Jamnagar. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial activities, including bookkeeping, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate recording of all transactions.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements and reports, handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and vendor accounts, and supporting budgeting and cost-control initiatives. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations,



and company policies, as well as coordinating with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies. The Accountant will also assist management with financial analysis, cash flow monitoring, and process improvements to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting principles, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools, particularly Excel, for data analysis and report preparation.
- Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and relevant financial regulations applicable in India.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organized records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors, especially in brass components or engineering, is preferred.
