Key Responsibilities

Manage weddings from initial planning through final execution.

Coordinate with clients, families, vendors and internal teams.

Manage timelines, budgets, vendor bookings and deliverables.

Coordinate décor, production, entertainment, hospitality, logistics and other wedding requirements.

Conduct venue visits, vendor meetings and planning discussions.

Prepare event timelines, checklists and execution plans.

Be present on-ground during events and ensure seamless execution.

Troubleshoot last-minute challenges and ensure quick, practical solutions.

Manage multiple tasks and vendors while maintaining attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Confident, proactive and solution-oriented.

Comfortable working under pressure and with tight deadlines.

Passionate about weddings, events, hospitality and luxury experiences.

Prior experience in wedding planning/event management is preferred.

Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule, especially during events.
