Role Description This is a full-time(hybrid possible), Web Developer role based in Kozhikode.

The Web

Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications that support RAG’s business services and client-facing platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include building front-end interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating with business, design, and marketing teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, optimizing performance,



and maintaining security best practices.

The Web

Developer will also troubleshoot issues, perform regular updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of the company’s digital presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development and Programming skills to implement, integrate, and maintain server-side functionality.
- Candidates should possess core Web Development skills covering full lifecycle development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Practical experience with modern technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular), and server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, PHP, or Python) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL), RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and basic security and performance optimization is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an in office team setting are required.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
