Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer, based in Bengaluru. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining websites, developing and integrating front-end and back-end functionalities, and ensuring website optimization for maximum speed and scalability. The role also involves debugging issues, collaborating with designers and marketers, and staying updated on emerging web technologies to implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

- Develop responsive websites using WordPress, Shopify, and custom development.
- Convert UI/UX designs (Figma/PSD/XD)



into fully functional websites.
- Build high-performance websites optimized for speed and SEO.

Frontend Development

- Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible.

CMS & Ecommerce
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
- Build and maintain Shopify stores and custom Shopify sections.
- Integrate payment gateways and ecommerce functionality.

Website Optimization

- Improve website performance (Core Web Vitals).
- Optimize sites for SEO best practices.
- Ensure fast loading times and technical SEO compatibility.

Integration & Tools
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs (CRMs, analytics, marketing tools).
- Implement tracking tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Maintain existing websites.
- Fix bugs and resolve technical issues.
- Perform regular website updates and backups.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with WordPress development
- Experience with Shopify development
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
- Knowledge of SEO-friendly coding practices

Good to Have

- Experience with React.js or modern JS frameworks
- Knowledge of Node.js
- Experience with website speed optimization
- Familiarity with Elementor, WooCommerce, and Shopify Liquid
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies is a plus
