Key Responsibilities

- l Design, develop, and maintain responsive, mobile-friendly websites optimized for different devices, browsers, and screen sizes. l Develop and maintain websites using WordPress and PHP, with strong hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

l Build and customize WordPress websites using Breakdance, Elementor, or similar page builders, including development of custom layouts, components, and website functionality.

l Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes, plugins, and website functionality based on business requirements.

l Integrate and maintain payment gateways and other third-party services/APIs, ensuring secure and reliable transaction processing.

l Implement and maintain Content Management Systems (CMS) and manage website content and functionality.

l Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues to ensure performance, reliability, and cross-browser compatibility.

l Maintain and enhance existing websites, including implementing current features, content updates, security patches, and performance improvements.

l Conduct functional, responsive, cross-browser, and performance testing for new and existing websites and resolve identified issues.

l Ensure websites follow security, accessibility, SEO, and data-protection best practices.

l Manage website deployment, hosting, backups, SSL certificates, domains, and related configurations on Rocket hosting.

l Monitor website performance and proactively identify and resolve technical issues affecting website availability or user experience.





l Stay updated with the latest WordPress, PHP, web development, security, and website optimization technologies.

Required Technical Skills l WordPress – strong hands-on development and administration experience l PHP – good working knowledge, including customization and troubleshooting l HTML5 & CSS3

l JavaScript l Breakdance / Elementor or similar WordPress page builders l Payment Gateway Integration and API integrations l WordPress themes and plugins – installation, configuration, customization and troubleshooting l Website hosting, DNS, SSL, backups and deployment, preferably experience with Rocket hosting l Basic understanding of SEO, website security, performance optimization and web accessibility l Experience working with databases (MySQL) would be an advantage
