Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Operations Executive to join our team at Green Pista Labs. This role is ideal for someone who can drive business growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.




- Oversee order fulfillment and dispatch with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support logistics and inventory management

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business operations and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada) is mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
