Job Title: Recovery Executive

Salary Range: 18000

Experience Required: Minimum 6 month years in collections (preferably in finance or NBFC sector)

Industry: Financial Services / NBFC / Lending

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the area collections team, ensuring daily operational efficiency.

- Develop and execute effective collection strategies to achieve recovery targets.

- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular coaching, guidance, and support.

- Resolve escalated and high-risk cases with tact and urgency.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, as well as company policies.

- Maintain accurate reports on collections,



recovery trends, and performance analysis.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to streamline the collection process.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 6 month to 1 years years of experience in collections, preferably within the finance or NBFC industry.

- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Valuable understanding of Indore’s local geography and applicable collection laws.

- Ability to handle pressure, manage field staff, and deliver results within deadlines.
