About the RoleWe are looking for a Tech Support / Warehouse Systems Executive to support our warehouse operations in Lucknow.

This is a hands-on, on-ground role for someone who understands warehouse operations and is comfortable working with WMS, inventory systems, order management tools, logistics platforms and other operational technology.

You will act as the first point of support for system and process-related issues at the warehouse, ensuring that technology disruptions do not impact day-to-day inbound, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch operations.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting issues, coordinating with Tech/Product teams, and working closely with warehouse and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Systems & Tech Support

- Provide first-level support for warehouse systems and operational tools.
- Manage day-to-day issues related to WMS, LMS, inventory and order management systems.
- Troubleshoot system, device and process-related issues faced by warehouse teams.
- Identify recurring system/process issues and coordinate with Tech/Product teams for resolution.
- Track open issues, follow up on resolutions and ensure timely closure.

Warehouse Operations Support

- Understand and support key warehouse workflows including:
- Inbound and receiving
- Put-away




- Inventory movement
- Picking
- Packing
- Order processing
- Dispatch
- Returns and cancellations
- Ensure warehouse teams are able to effectively use the relevant systems and tools.
- Support operational teams during system downtime, process changes or new feature rollouts.
- Help identify gaps between system processes and actual warehouse operations.

Inventory & Order Management

- Monitor inventory and order-related system issues.
- Support reconciliation of system inventory with physical inventory where required.
- Identify discrepancies in inventory, orders or warehouse transactions and coordinate for resolution.
- Ensure operational transactions are accurately recorded in the relevant systems.

Logistics & Last-Mile Support

- Support rider/last-mile operational platforms and tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to order handover, dispatch, rider allocation and delivery workflows.
- Coordinate with logistics and last-mile teams to resolve operational system issues.

Process Improvement

- Document recurring issues, root causes and resolutions.
- Suggest improvements to warehouse processes and system workflows.
- Assist in testing and implementing new warehouse technology, tools and process changes.
- Train warehouse users on new systems, features and processes when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse technology, warehouse operations, logistics operations, e-commerce or quick-commerce environments.
- Hands-on experience with WMS, LMS, Inventory Management or Order Management systems.




- Understanding of warehouse processes such as inbound, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Experience troubleshooting operational/system issues and coordinating with Tech, Product or support teams.
- Good understanding of inventory and order workflows.
- Comfortable working on-ground in a warehouse environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving setting.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, dark stores, fulfilment centres or warehouse operations will be preferred. Experience with platforms/tools related to:

- WMS
- LMS / Logistics Management
- Inventory Management
- Order Management
- Last-mile / Rider Management
- Warehouse handheld devices / scanners
- Picking & Packing systems
