Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of Raw Material and Finished Goods Warehouse.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Implement and ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain warehouse records, stock registers, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for material planning and movement.
- Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the Purchase Department.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work assignments.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, housekeeping, and warehouse best practices.
- Support dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
