About the Role

EVO Innovative Surfaces is looking for a strong, disciplined and quality-focused Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, accurate stock handling, timely dispatches and high standards of safety and housekeeping.

The ideal candidate should be a strong leader who can manage warehouse staff effectively, maintain discipline, ensure accountability and drive a zero-error, quality-oriented working culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse Operations

- Manage complete day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Plan and control receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper material handling and systematic storage.
- Maintain optimum utilization of warehouse space.
- Ensure smooth and timely dispatch of customer orders.

1. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate physical and system inventory.
- Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Control damaged, slow-moving and excess inventory.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling and location of all materials.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

1. Quality Control

- Ensure quality checks at inward, storage and dispatch stages.
- Prevent damage, breakage, scratches and incorrect material dispatch.
- Ensure products are packed and handled according to company standards.
- Implement quality-control procedures and maintain proper records.
- Identify recurring quality issues and take corrective action.
- Drive a Zero Error / Zero Damage warehouse culture.

1. Team Leadership

- Lead, train and supervise warehouse staff, helpers and loading/unloading teams.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor productivity.
- Maintain discipline, attendance and workplace standards.
- Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training.
- Build a responsible,



motivated and performance-oriented team.
- Take ownership and make quick decisions during operational issues.

1. Dispatch & Logistics

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production and Logistics teams for dispatch planning.
- Ensure correct quantity, product, packing and documentation before dispatch.
- Prioritize urgent and customer-critical orders.
- Coordinate loading and transportation.
- Track pending and delayed dispatches.
- Minimize dispatch errors and delivery delays.

1. Safety & Housekeeping

- Maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Ensure safe material stacking and movement.
- Enforce safety procedures among all warehouse employees.
- Ensure proper use of material-handling equipment.
- Identify and eliminate workplace hazards.

1. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports.
- Monitor stock accuracy, inward, outward, pending dispatches and damages.
- Maintain records of stock adjustments and discrepancies.
- Provide management with regular inventory and operational updates.

Ideal Candidate A hands-on Warehouse Manager and strong people leader who can independently control warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, develop a disciplined team and establish a culture of quality, accountability, safety and operational excellence. Reporting To: Operations Head / Business Head

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
