Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Floor In-Charge to supervise day-to-day warehouse floor operations, manage manpower, monitor material movement, and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse floor operations and activities.
- Allocate work to warehouse staff according to operational requirements.
- Monitor manpower, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of materials.
- Monitor material movement and ensure proper handling of inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper arrangement, identification, and storage of materials.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, HR, Accounts, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.
- Maintain daily warehouse operation and manpower reports.
- Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse floor.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action or escalate them to management.
- Ensure timely completion of daily warehouse targets.
- Monitor proper utilization of manpower, space,



and warehouse resources.
- Handle day-to-day employee and operational issues on the warehouse floor.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Ability to manage manpower effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse reporting.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and discipline.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Qualification & Experience
- 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations preferred.
- Candidates with relevant warehouse supervisory experience will be preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
