Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive, SEO-friendly marketing websites and landing pages.
- Build PHP-based backend functionality, custom forms, admin modules, and server-side applications.
- Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and related web technologies.
- Develop and maintain MySQL databases, queries, and basic database-driven applications.
- Integrate REST APIs, webhooks, third-party services, and CRM systems.
- Build reliable lead-generation forms and ensure leads are accurately captured and transferred to marketing/CRM platforms.
- Implement basic to intermediate technical and on-page SEO, including:

- Meta titles and descriptions

- Canonical tags

- Schema/structured data

- XML sitemaps
- Robots.txt

- Internal linking
- Page-speed optimisation

- Mobile optimisation
- Support implementation and troubleshooting of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Google Search Console.
- Implement and validate website events, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and campaign tracking.
- Manage website hosting and deployment activities through cPanel, GoDaddy, and Google Cloud.
- Handle basic DNS records, SSL configuration, redirects, subdomains, databases, cron jobs, backups, and server logs.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues such as 404/500 errors, broken forms, tracking problems, API failures, DNS issues, and deployment errors.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to deliver landing pages, campaign websites, forms, and technical requirements within timelines.
- Follow Git/version-control practices and maintain clean, documented, and reusable code.
- Support website performance improvements including image optimisation,



caching, responsive design, and Core Web Vitals.
- Participate in testing, debugging, deployment, and post-release support.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1.52.5 years of professional experience in full-stack/web development.
- Strong working knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Working knowledge of React.js, Node.js, or Next.js.
- Experience developing responsive websites and web applications.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party API integrations.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of technical SEO and website optimisation.
- Hands-on exposure to:

- Google Analytics 4

- Google Tag Manager

- Google Search Console

- Meta Pixel

- PageSpeed Insights
- Understanding of lead-generation forms and CRM integrations.
- Basic hands-on experience with cPanel and hosting environments.
- Understanding of domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, redirects, and subdomains.
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform/Google Cloud Console is preferred.
- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab and version-control workflows.
- Positive understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
