Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Auditor to monitor warehouse operations, verify inventory records, check documentation, and ensure compliance with company procedures. The candidate will identify discrepancies, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain accuracy and control.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular physical stock audits and inventory verification.
- Verify physical stock against system records and warehouse documents.
- Identify and report stock shortages, excesses, damages, and discrepancies.
- Check inward and outward material transactions and supporting documents.
- Verify GRN, dispatch, transfer, return, and other warehouse-related records.
- Monitor warehouse processes and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Check proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports.
- Maintain audit records, checklists, and discrepancy reports.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, Accounts, and other relevant departments.
- Follow up on discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and help reduce stock losses and operational errors.
- Report irregularities, process gaps, or control issues to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and inventory-related information.




- Perform other audit and warehouse-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Valuable analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate the reasons.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to conduct physical stock verification and warehouse visits.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/Logistics/Inventory Management preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse auditing, inventory control, stock auditing, or warehouse operations preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
