Job Summary:

As part of Finance Transformation Programme, FM &

- Non-FM TP(Transaction Processing) systems dataset will be onboarded into Aspire Finance Subledger Platform &
- Data Store and further data would be passed to various Downstream Systems (i.e. Ledger, Liquidity, Capital, TLM, Local &
- Group Regulatory Systems, PMI etc). We are seeking techno-functional qualified to manage the integration between TP to Data Store/Subledger, Data Store/Subledger to DS Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide management, technical leadership, and direction to internal development team on the design, development, implementation, and deployment.

- Drive working group with DS Systems &
- TP Systems.

- Drive estimation of work, planning, and costing of new projects and initiatives across multiple metrics.

- Work proactively with BAs and other team members, ensuring work is proportionally distributed and targets are met.

- Ensure documents such as functional & technical specs support the development of practical technology solutions and suitable test cases.

- Work as part of a combined cross-functional agile team (including PMs, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers &

- Production Support Team) and support the on-going build as required e.g. drafting/reviewing of test cases, closing out developers open issues/questions, contributing to solution design etc.

- Assist the business with UAT, including communication, planning,



preparation and test case preparation.

- Understanding of various finance & non-finance application data flow, Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps and communicate these to PMs and business stakeholders in a timely manner.

- Establish the Operational Level &

- Service Level Agreement across various streams.

- Establish server level connectivity across various systems via SFTP, FileIT etc along with Encryption/Decryption.

- Provide post-go-live support to businesses in resolving any implementation issues and/or challenges.

Skills and Experience:

- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in full end to end project delivery life cycle (project / programme management and stakeholder management)

- Technical expertise in Unix Scripting, basics in SQL, basic in data modelling, file transfer mechanism (SFTP/FileIT), encryption/decryption methodology & strong technical acumen with architectural knowledge is a big plus.

- Hands-on experience working on ADO or equivalent, Confluence etc

- Functional knowledge on FM &
- Non-FM Systems would be an advantage

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work proactively, independently and displays strong initiative

- Ability to drive multiple agenda, effectively manage priorities and work with minimal management oversight
