Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Administration

- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog modules.
- Manage users, roles, groups, ACLs, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
- Support CMDB and Service Management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

ServiceNow Development:
- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and custom solutions.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Catalog Items.
- Build workflows and Flow Designer solutions.




- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with internal and external systems.
- Create and maintain ATF (Automated Test Framework) test cases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring optimal performance.
