Role & responsibilities

- Ensuring use of latest revision of all Contract Documents, Contract Specifications and engineering reference & Standards. Identification, investigation resolution and close out of non-conformities.
- Ensuring all inspection & test points are correctly carried out and checking for all quality related procedures in the Site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan. Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards. Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
- Create a list of details and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on a timely basis.
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Ensuring products and procedures meet the customer requirement.
- Collect and compile statistical quality data. Handle complete file management of Concession reports and NCR reports. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted.
- Developing recent suppliers to reduce the cost, supply lead time along with organisational quality requirements and standards.
- Conducting supplier evaluation and audits on regular basis. Coordinating with suppliers for on time inspection of finished goods.
- Implementation of supplier development plan to Improve the performance of the existing suppliers.
- Coordinating with Cross functional team like Purchase and Planning for on-time delivery of products by prioritizing the jobs as per our monthly target.
- Interact with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize documentation related to quality and inspection checks. Ensure process control documents adhere with set requirements.




- Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements.
- Monitors quality nonconformance at line, Initiates root cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues.
- Development and Implementation of Project Specific Quality Control Plan, Procedure, work instructions and quality Control plans. Ensure APQP and PPAP documents are implemented for NPD.
- Ensuring continuity of Company QMS in compliance with ISO / AWS/ other standards.

- Responsible for document management systems & Ensure maintenance of 5S Discipline.
- Responsible for H.O. Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) & Per Dispatch Inspection (PDI) allocation of Bucket Serial Number, Review of Inspection Reports, NC Reports,etc.
- Interact with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize documentation related to quality and inspection checks. Ensure process control documents adhere with set requirements.
- Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements
- Assist disposition process by involving in failure analysis and suggest corrective actions as Material Review Board member.
- Monitors quality nonconformance at line, Initiates root cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues.
- Create a list of details and checkpoints and set measureable criterias to check the quality on timely basis

Preferred candidate profile

- Implementation and certification of QMS and ISO and timely its compliance with ISO/AWS/ other standards.
- Educate, train and inform current staff on requirements for attainment and maintenance of certification and QMS.
- Conduct IQA and MRM
- Improvement related to QMS.
- All related to MR activities.
- Ensure 5S practices are followed and implemented at all times.
- Ensure established PPE procedures and safety procedures are implemented and adhered. Ensure 5S practices are followed and implemented at all times.
- Perform HIRA for the respective process and implement control measures.
- Ensure established PPE procedures and safety procedures are implemented and adhered.
- To monitor Occupational Health & Safety Management system according to the policy of ISO 45001.
