Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to handle recruitment activities for our Company corporate requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the joining of suitable candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with Department Heads.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Handle bulk hiring for blue coller/ white coller positions when required.
- Maintain recruitment records and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.




- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Work closely with the HR and Operations teams to close vacancies on time.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Retail recruitment experience will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and follow-ups.
- Knowledge of job portals and basic MS Excel.
- Good coordination and negotiation skills.
