Key Responsibilities:

- Operate production machines and equipment efficiently
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machines
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor
- Support team leaders in achieving daily production targets

Required Skills:





- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/production processes
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (3 shifts)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit for shop floor work
- Basic technical understanding (for Diploma/Degree candidates)
- Discipline and willingness to learn
