Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Payroll Operations Executive to manage end-to-end payroll activities while ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely salary processing. The role requires coordination with internal teams and clients, maintenance of payroll records, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Roles and Responsibility:





- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including offer letter generation, salary processing, arrears calculation, salary revisions, Full & Final (F&F;) settlements, and compliance with minimum wage regulations.
- Ensure accurate preparation and validation of salary registers with zero calculation errors.
- Handle billing, invoice generation, and invoice submission after obtaining client approvals.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely collection of invoices and update payment status in the system.
- Process salary pay-outs within defined timelines by validating employee bank account details and payroll eligibility.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and other applicable labour laws.
- Maintain and update employee master data in HRMS, ensuring all requested changes are validated before implementation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, regularization, holidays, and Reverse Loss of Pay (RLOP) calculations to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports, including Payroll MIS, Salary Registers, Attendance Summary, Pay Register Summary, and Bank Reconciliation Reports (Released vs. Hold).
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to resolve payroll-related queries and employee grievances.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, payroll timelines, and quality standards while maintaining data confidentiality.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing.
- Understanding of payroll compliance, labour laws, and statutory regulations.
- Experience working with HRMS and payroll management systems.
- Good knowledge of payroll reporting and reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft excel is required.
