Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk/non-IT hiring requirements

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Handle hiring for roles in Accounts, Finance, CXM, WFM, Operations, and similar domains
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
- Coordinate offer rollout, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Key Requirements:

- 14 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment / sourcing
- Proven experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring
- Exposure to hiring for Accounts, Finance, CXM, WFM, and Operations roles
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working from office 6 days a week if need basis
- Versatile to extend working hours based on business requirements
