1. Sourcing and Screening Candidates[Naukri, FoundIT, LinkedIN]

2. Building a Talent Pool

3. Communication and Coordination
4. Follow-up and Candidate Engagement

5. Documentation validation and Reporting

6. Meeting Recruitment Targets

Preferred Gender : Female

Experience : Freshers only

Technical Skills Required

- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Candidates must be proficient in English and Tamil. Additionally, proficiency in any one of the following languages is mandatory: Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi. Educational Qualification : Any Degree, any passed-out year.
